Home Investment Opportunity
Imagine a tenant that is never home, does not take up any room, and pays rent on time every month. That’s what a Solar Array system and Pure Luminescence Inc. can do for you.

Home Investment
The OPA (Ontario Power Authority) has released the MicroFIT program for residences with an incentive of $0.802 per kWh generated into the Grid for a 20 year period. This allows homeowners to take advantage of their unused roof space in a profitable manner while in turn, giving back to Ontario’s environment.
Systems range in size from 1.7 kW to 10 kW. They range in price but the payback or ROI (Return on Investment) remains reliable, improving with larger systems. All of our Residential systems offer a general Annual ROI of 9 – 11% and a payback period of 6 – 8 years. After the 6 – 8 years, the system has paid itself off and the remaining monthly payments will be 100% profit.*
