    Our web tool allows us and our customer’s access to their Solar Production in a user friendly web interface. This allows us to immediately pinpoint problems should any occur and the exact location of the issue.

    Our Solar Array system is rugged enough for all the elements. Our main concern is of debris. This is taken into account before the installation in regards to trees and other possible harmful elements. Even though the most damaging aspect for a roof is UV rays, which the Solar Array will shelter from, other parts of the roof have the potential to deteriorate. Pure Luminescence Inc. realizes and understands the need for re-shingling or re-tiling of the roof surface over a 20 year period. Pure Luminescence Inc. will be available to make all the arrangements to disassemble the Solar Array, allow the roof work to be completed and then reinstall the system as soon as possible. This will be an inexpensive and quick venture so the customer will lose the least amount of production from the Solar Array.
