We use Ontario made solar panels, reliable micro inverter technology, and superior monitoring equipment. We have designed these systems to not only perform during the 20 year period of the contract, but long after as well.

COMMUNICATIONS

Pure Luminescence Inc. has selected the Micro Inverter for their outstanding communication abilities.  Once the system is installed, an EMU (Electronic Management Unit) will be placed next to the electrical panel.  A direct USB hookup, wireless attachment, or Ethernet cord may be attached to gain information.  Through the Enlighten web interface you are then capable of monitoring and tracking your solar production and discover any potential decreases in your system.  Substandard production could be as simple as leaf obstruction, shade, snow, or the most unlikely situation where an inverter will discharge.  Enphase will compensate FIT income for the time an inverter is down.

Our monitoring is displayed on a user friendly web interface that can be used a general interest, displayed is a lobby, waiting room, etc, or can be used strictly by Pure Luminescence Inc. to ensure your production.  The system will automatically send an email out to you and Pure Luminescence Inc. to inform everyone of an issue within the system.  We pride ourselves on eliminating maintenance, repairing issues faster and harvesting as much solar energy as possible for our customer over the 20 years.

The Micro Inverters allow us to monitor the panels individually to pinpoint the issue, something string inverters cannot.  This saves countless hours in maintenance.  This will also determine if the system is losing output so that it can be fixed as soon as possible.  All Solar Arrays systems measure performance at the inverter. String inverter systems are measured at one point, so if you do have a problem, the entire system must be inspected to pinpoint the issue.  This potentially poses a costly expenditure for the customer.
