HOME SOLAR PROCESS

• Step 1: Have a FREE preliminary evaluation to determine your compatibility for a Solar Array system. This process can be done on site, by email or by telephone. This evaluation will address your needs, questions, concerns and reasons for a Solar Array. A Pure Luminescence Inc. professional will determine dimensions and solar orientation as well as which government incentives to apply for.

• Step 2: A Pure Luminescence Inc. representative will propose a Solar Array System and the scope of the project. At this time a more thorough evaluation is conducted with regards to your roof structure, electrical system and property. After this evaluation is completed successfully, the proposal will be carried out as per the customer’s acceptance. If the evaluation runs into unforeseen problems, the proposal will be tailored and returned on a later date.

• Step 3: Pure Luminescence Inc. provides appropriate forms to sign the customer up with the OPA’s Feed-In-Tariff program as well as any other government incentives the customer may be eligible for. LEARN MORE

• Step 4: Pure Luminescence Inc. will then install and configure the system. During this step your technician will optimize the positioning of your panels to increase energy harvesting. A revenue meter base will be attached to your home (This meter base will measure all of the electricity being generated by your panels and is used in the procurement of your payment). Pure Luminescence Inc. will ensure the acceptance of the system by the LDC (Local Distribution Company) and the ESA (Electrical Safety Authority).

• Step 5: Warranties are included for the duration of the contract. Guarantees and extended Service Plans are offered through Pure Luminescence Inc. for cleaning, maintenance, reporting and monitoring. Pure Luminescence Inc. also allows you to monitor your own Solar Array for your own peace of mind. Pure Luminescence Inc. is with you for the duration of the 20 year contract to maximize your Solar Production.
